Pakistan has said that it will not allow India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi to pass through the airspace of his country.
Modi is visiting America on September 21, where he will attend the 'Howdy Modi' program in Houston on September 22.
Refusing permission to pass through his airspace, Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said, "There was a request from Hindustan that Wazir-e-Azam Narendra Modi of Hindustan wanted to go to Germany via Pakistan's airspace. Given the situation in Kashmir, we have decided that we will not allow it. ''
He said, "We have conveyed to the Indian High Commission that we will not allow our airspace for the flight of Narendra Modi."
Mahmood Qureshi said, "India had sought permission from Pakistan to use airspace for Modi to go to Germany on September 20 and return on September 28, but we did not give."
During this time Modi will reach New York to address the General Assembly of the United Nations. Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan is also coming to New York and has said that he will raise the issue of Kashmir in the UN General Assembly. Imran Khan will address the UN General Assembly on 27 September.
It is also being said that according to international law, Pakistan cannot ban the use of its airspace by the Indian Prime Minister. If Pakistan rejects this and India challenges the International Civil Aviation Organization, Pakistan may have to pay heavy fines.
Earlier, Pakistan had also not allowed the aircraft of President Ramnath Kovind to fly from its airspace.
President of India Ramnath Kovind was scheduled to leave for a trip to Iceland to visit three countries, for which his plane was to leave from Pakistani airspace. But Pakistan did not give permission.
Why did the Chandrayaan-2 of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) fail? What was the main reason for this? It is very important to know this. Why did ISRO fail to make Chandrayaan-2 soft landing on the moon? ISRO says that it has found pictures of Vikram Lander on the lunar surface.
ISRO chief K Sivan said, "ISRO has got a picture of the lander on the lunar surface. The orbiter orbiting the moon has taken the thermal image of Vikram Lander."
The ISRO chief has also stated that cameras in Chandrayaan-2 have confirmed the presence of the Pragyan Rover inside the lander.
After all these things, it is now expected that India's dream, which remained incomplete on Friday night, will be fulfilled.
On Friday night, Vikram Lander was only 2.1 kilometers from the moon's surface when he lost contact with the ground station.
K Sivan has said that ISRO is constantly trying to make contact with Vikram Lander. Although scientists are expecting very little of this.
He says that it would be a wonderful thing if there is contact again.
Scientist Gauhar Raza told the BBC, "This is very difficult. To get back into contact, the lander needs to land properly on the moon's surface, not only that it lands in such a way that its feet are on the surface and that part of it While working, we lost contact. ''
"The other important thing is that the lander is in such a condition that it can generate 50 W power and its solar panel is getting sunlight."
Gauhar Raza is not very hopeful that the lander will be able to contact the orbiter again. According to him, it would be wonderful if there is contact again.
However, how successful ISRO will be in this, it will be known in the coming days.
K Sivan has spoken of taking a 'thermal' image of the lander. The camera that is mounted in the orbiter takes 'thermal' pictures.
Everything, which is not in zero degree temperature, gets radiation from it. These radiation are not visible from the eye until the object becomes so hot, that the light visible from the eyes does not come out.
As iron is heated, it starts to emit light after a limit, but it keeps the radiation in normal temperature.
This thermal radiation captures cameras mounted in the orbiter and creates a picture and this picture is called thermal image. These pictures are a bit blurred, which has to be explained. These are not the same pictures as we take with a common camera.
A question is also arising whether the lander has crashed or is in good standing.
Scientist Gauhar Raza says, "According to the information received till Sunday, the lander is not completely broken. If the rupture was broken, we would not be able to say that the pictures of the lander were taken."
K Sivan has not stated anything clearly about the damage done to the lander in the hard landing.
Scientists are finding that this means that there was such a decrease in its speed that the lander is not completely ruined by hitting the surface.
Says Gauhar Raza, "It also means that his speed kept decreasing until he landed on the lunar surface."
Only after analyzing the pictures taken by the orbiter will be able to know how much damage the lander has suffered.
In response to this question, Gauhar Raza says that at 2.1 kilometers when our contact was broken by the lander, we did not get the right information till the moon reached the surface from that distance.
"Now that we have got the pictures of the lander, we can now guess what happened in the last moments."
So far scientists are speculating that the speed control of the lander could not be achieved at the last moment. It is a big challenge to land a lander at a fixed speed so that it does not cause any damage and its feet fall on the ground.
For a soft landing the speed of the lander had to be increased from 21 thousand kilometers to 7 kilometers per hour. It is being said that ISRO missed speed control and could not make a soft landing.
There were four rockets around the lander or, say, engines which had to be fired to reduce the speed. When it is coming down from above, then these rockets are fired from bottom to top so that speed control can be done.
Finally the fifth rocket was placed in the middle of the lander, whose task was to bring the lander to zero speed up to 400 meters, so that it could land comfortably, but this could not happen. Trouble started from about two kilometers up.
ISRO chief K Sivan had said in an interview to DD News on Saturday that the Chandrayaan-2 orbiter would be able to work for seven years, though the target is only one year.
After all, in response to the question of how this will happen, scientist Gauhar Raza says that two types of energy are required for the work of the orbiter, lander and rover.
One type of energy is used to run the equipment. This energy is electrical energy. For this, solar panels are installed on the devices so that this energy can be obtained from the rays of the sun.
The second type of energy is used to change the direction of the orbiter, lander and rover. This need cannot be met without fuel.
Our orbiter still has fuel left and will be able to operate for seven years.
The orbiter is working. The discovery of water on the moon was India's main goal and the work is being done by the orbiter. Its data will definitely come in future.
Lander Vikram was primarily going to the surface of the moon to analyze it there. That will not happen now. Had to analyze the rock there, it will not be possible now. Vikram and Pragyan would come to the moon's surface selfie and see the world, now that is not possible. Vikram and Pragyan send each other's selfies, now they will not be able to do that.
It was a scientific mission and took 11 years to build. Its orbiter was successful and the lander, the rover, were unsuccessful. ISRO will not back down from this failure. ISRO will first try to understand what has happened, then decide on the next step.
The United States, Russia and China have succeeded in soft landing on the moon's surface. India missed it on Friday night. Soft landing means that you can land any satellite safely with a lander and it can do its work smoothly. Chandrayaan-2 was also supposed to land on the lunar surface, but it was not possible in the last moments.
The economy was growing at eight percent in India five quarters ago. Now it has fallen to five percent. It is not that this decline has come suddenly.
In fact it is less than five percent because the quarterly growth rate figures are based on organized and corporate sector.
If the unorganized sector is not fully included in it, then it is assumed that the unorganized sector is also growing at the same rate as the organized sector.
But there are reports from all around that the unorganized sectors associated with industries like bicycle in Ludhiana and shoes in Agra have been shut down in large numbers.
If the growth rate of the unorganized sector is falling, then it is wrong to assume that the unorganized sector is growing at the pace of organized sector.
Our unorganized sector employs 94 percent people and produces 45 percent. If production and employment are decreasing where 94 percent of the people work, then demand decreases there.
This demand has come down since demonetization. Then after eight months, GST was affected and after that NPAs of banks were affected. After all, the crisis of the non-banking financial companies was affected.
That is, the economy has suffered three big shocks in three years, due to which unemployment has increased. CMI statistics show that the number of employees in India was 45 crore, which has come down to 41 crore.
This means that the jobs or work of 40 million people have been lost. When the income of such a large section is reduced, then obviously the demand will decrease. When demand decreases then the consumption capacity will decrease and when the capacity of consumption decreases, the investment will be reduced.
The rate of investment in India's economy topped 2012-13. At that time the rate of investment was increasing at the rate of 37 percent and it has fallen to less than 30 percent today.
Until investment does not increase, growth rate does not increase.
The problem is that it started from the unorganized sector and now it is gradually impacting the organized sector as well. For example, you can look at the automobile and FMCG sectors.
You must have heard about the decrease in demand for Parle-G Biscuits. It is an organized sector. These are used by people associated with the unorganized sector. When the income in the unorganized sector is low, the demand will decrease automatically. FMCG has the same condition.
If India's economy is growing at a rate of six or five per cent, then it is a very good pace. Why should consumption continue to decrease even after this? Investment should also have increased at a speed of five percent.
When consumption has come down, investment is not increasing, it shows that the economic growth rate is not five, six or seven percent, but it is growing at zero percent, because the statistics of the unorganized sector are not included in it. Are.
The day you add the statistics of the unorganized sector to it, you will know that the growth rate is zero or one percent. Statistics of the unorganized sector are collected once in five years. During this time it is assumed that the unorganized sector is also growing at the same speed as the organized sector.
This guessing was fine until the demonetisation, but as soon as the demonetisation took place, it had a tremendous impact. On unorganized areas and its decline began.
This method of including estimates of the growth rate of the unorganized sector in GDP figures after 8 November 2016 is incorrect.
It is also being said that the Indian economy is going through a recession. According to government data, the economy is going through a phase of slowdown, not recession. When the growth rate becomes negative, the situation is considered a recession.
But if the figures presented by the government right now are included in the unorganized sector, then the Indian economy is going through a recession.
The unorganized sector was beaten after demonetisation. After that GST was implemented. However GST does not apply to unorganized sectors.
GST has been impacted on organized sectors. Over 1400 changes have been made since the last two and a half years since GST came into force. This has led to a lot of confusion among the people in the organized sector.
People are not able to file GST. Around 1.2 crore people have registered for GST, but only 70 lakh people file GST and only 20 percent of the annual returns are filed.
So overall the GST has received a tremendous shock to the economy.
The problem starts with the unorganized sector and the organized sector is also not untouched. The government's tax collection has come down due to slowdown or slowdown in the economy. Last year, GST decreased by 80 thousand crores and Direct tax also decreased by the same amount.
In total, the government treasury lost Rs 1.6 lakh crore. When the income of the government decreased, it reduced the expenses. The recession will deepen when expenses are low.
It is now being said that the merger of banks will strengthen the economy. But this is wrong. The impact of the merger of banks will be seen after five to ten years. It will have no immediate effect.
The statements made by the government make it clear that it has accepted that the economy has weakened and a package is being announced one after the other. RBI is also announcing.
Not all of them are talking about recession right now, but gradually later everyone will start talking about recession, when the data of unorganized sector will be included.
RBI has released a package of 1.76 lakh crore rupees. It will also be used for the organized sector. No package has been announced for the unorganized sector. The package to increase employment has not been announced.
Where the problem started, those areas are not the focus of the government. Until the package is announced for these areas, there will be no improvement.
Exactly 47 years ago on August 7, 1972, Ugandan dictator Idi Amin ordered that about 80 thousand Asians, who have been in the country for several generations, leave here in 90 days, otherwise their land and capital would be confiscated.
And those who want to stay in Asian country will have to apply for citizenship again and every such application will be decided on merit after investigation.
Most of them were second or third generation in Uganda and they did not even believe that they would be removed from here.
Among them, a large number of Gujarati businessmen were in the Asian population inhabited since the British rule. The main reason they were suddenly taken out of the country was that these Asians are neither Ugandan loyalists nor do they want to mingle with the local Africans. Their only aim is to empty the pockets of Africans on the pretext of business and fill their chests.
The aim of expelling these Asians is to return the original inhabitants of Uganda.
The Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's government called the Indian ambassador back from the capital Kampala and drove the Ugandan ambassador from Delhi, calling this decision by Edi Amin an open violation of international principles of human rights and citizenship.
Idi Amin did not weed out the opposition from the Western world, including India and Britain, and said that what is good and what is bad for Uganda will be decided only by Ugandans. He said that we will not get into any blackmailing.
Out of 80 thousand, 20 thousand Asians were allowed to live in Uganda after examining the papers. But 60 thousand Asians had to tie the bag.
47 years ago, the world was not so harsh. Most of the Asians who were expelled were wealthy. That is why many of them were called by Britain. Some moved to Kenya and resumed their work there.
Three to four thousand settled in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. When did Idi Amin leave, but his ghost remained.
1 million Rohingyas of Burma and nearly two million humans living in Assam have become illegal, immigrant or intruders. These are being described as the earth's burden and termites.
Currently, there are approximately six million Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis living in Britain and North America.
If today Britain's Prime Minister Boris Johnson or Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau or President Trump of the United States declare that all those who have settled in the United States, Canada or Britain since 1971 will have to apply for citizenship again, otherwise they will have to leave.
If such a policy is announced, then how will Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Foreign Minister, Home Minister Amit Shah react to it. Will welcome, condemn or keep silence?
Apart from this, millions of Indians live in Dubai, Malaysia and many countries of the world. If Sheikh Muhammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum of Dubai, Mahathir bin Mohammed, Prime Minister of Malaysia, and governments around the world, proclaim that all those who have settled in Dubai, Malaysia or different countries since 1971 will have to apply for citizenship again , Otherwise they will have to leave.
How will India react if such a policy is announced? Will he welcome, condemn or keep silence?
Former Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh said on Sunday that the condition of the Indian economy is very worrying.
Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that there is a slowdown in the economy due to all-round mismanagement of the Narendra Modi government. The government released data two days ago in which the growth rate of the economy has come down to the lowest level in the last six years.
In the first quarter of the current financial year, the GDP growth rate has come to a halt at five percent. The figure was 5.8% in the previous quarter and in June 2018, it was 8.0%.
Dr. Manmohan Singh is also identified by an economist. "Continued decline will be a very difficult situation for India," he said. Therefore, I urge the government to come out of the politics of vengeance and listen to everyone while working with their minds. This condition of the economy is made by the mistakes of the government.
Manmohan Singh said that the growth rate of GDP by five percent indicates that the Indian economy is in the midst of a long-term slowdown. The former Prime Minister said that India's economy has the potential to grow at a rapid pace.
The economy has been registering a decline for five consecutive quarters. Earlier, in March 2013, India's economy grew at 4.3%.
From the auto industry to the FMCG, there is a phase of lethargy and because of this thousands of jobs have also been lost.
The Modi government at the Center has taken several steps to stabilize the economy in the last few days. The government has made FDI rules easier. On Friday, India's Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman also made several announcements for reforms in public sector banks.
Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said in a video message, "The most worrying situation is in the manufacturing sector, where the growth rate has come down to 0.6 percent. It is clear that our economy has not recovered from the mistakes of the government. GST was implemented in haste. Domestic demands are declining. The consumption growth rate has come down to the lowest level in the last 18 months. Taxes were complicated. There is disappointment among investors.
Manmohan Singh said that due to poor policies of Modi government, jobless growth is being encouraged.
The former prime minister said, "In the automobile sector, 3.5 lakh people lost their jobs. A large number of people are also unemployed in the unorganized sector. The condition of rural India is very bad. Farmers are not getting fair price and rural income is also declining. The autonomy of the institutions is being ended. The government took Rs 1.76 lakh crore from the RBI but there is no plan to use it. ''
Manmohan Singh said that the credibility of data in this government is also under question.
A delegation of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and several other leaders of the opposition reached Srinagar in Kashmir, India on Saturday, but these leaders were not allowed to leave the airport and were returned to Delhi from the airport itself.
When these leaders arrived in Delhi after being returned from Srinagar airport, they spoke to the media.
Apart from Rahul Gandhi, the opposition delegation included Congress leaders Ghulam Nabi Azad, Anand Sharma, KC Venugopal, CPM General Secretary Sitaram Yechury, DMK leaders Tiruchi Siva, Sharad Yadav, TMC leader Dinesh Trivedi, NCP leader Majid Memon and CPI General Secretary D Raja. . However, BSP and SP were not part of this delegation.
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said, "I was invited by the Governor to come to Jammu and Kashmir. I accepted the invitation. He said that everything is normal there. He said that he will send an airplane for me. I Thanking him, he refused to take the plane. But I accepted his invitation and said that I will come there. I will accompany the senior leaders of the opposition Went there. We wanted to meet people there. I wanted to know the circumstances under which people were going through and help them in this situation. Unfortunately we were not allowed to go beyond the airport. In fact it is very Sad but the media was also abused, some of them were beaten up. It is quite clear from this that the situation is not normal in Jammu and Kashmir.
CPM General Secretary Sitaram Yechury said, "When we were detained at the airport, we asked what charges were made and we wanted to see the order. As per the law, we should be given a copy of that order. They gave us that Did not give the copy and read it out. They requested us not to insist on getting the copy. And when we saw that order, it was written in that order that we They have come together to create disruption. ''
Ghulam Nabi Azad said, "The central government enacted a law which is not accepted by the people of Kashmir. To cover the situation there, the entire state has been closed. No people from any country of the country You can talk to them and not others. This is a matter of concern for the country.
Media personnel at the airport to cover the visit of opposition leaders have alleged that the police misbehaved with them. Journalists of the news channel said that media persons were mistreated saying that this is a defense airport and you cannot report here.
All the communication facilities including telephone, mobile, internet have been closed and Section 144 is in force since the announcement of the removal of the provisions of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir and dividing it into two Union Territories.
According to news agency ANI, the leader of the opposition left for Srinagar at 11.50 am by Air Vistara flight.
Before this opposition delegation went to Srinagar with Rahul Gandhi, there was a statement from the Jammu and Kashmir administration that these leaders should not come to Kashmir and cooperate.
At the same time, police sources also said that the opposition delegation will not be allowed to leave Srinagar Airport.
The administration had tweeted, "There will be inconvenience from visiting the leaders. We are busy protecting people from terrorists. The administration said that the leaders would be violating the restrictions which are still in many areas. Understanding senior leaders It must be given the highest priority to maintain peace, order and prevent harm. ''
Leaders of the opposition, however, said they had no idea of any such advice.
Before leaving for Kashmir, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad told reporters that if the situation is normal then why are the leaders of the opposition being prevented from going there, why two former chief ministers have been kept under house arrest. He said that "I am home there and I am not able to go to my house."
Since the special status of Kashmir of India has been lost under Article 370 of the Indian Constitution, Ghulam Nabi Azad has tried to go to Jammu and Kashmir but was returned.
Sharad Yadav said, "Who are we violating the law. They are citizens of our country, there are people of our party and have been going to meet them."
Just a few days ago CPM General Secretary Sitaram Yechury and CPI General Secretary D Raja arrived in Srinagar but were not allowed out of the airport and returned to Beerang.
Rahul Gandhi has been an attacker on the Modi government since the repeal of Article 370 of the constitution granting special state status to Jammu and Kashmir and raised many questions on the government's decision, raising concerns about the state of the state. .
After this, Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satyapal Malik claimed that the situation in the valley was normal and invited Rahul to visit Kashmir.
He said, "I invite Rahul Gandhi to come to Kashmir. I will also arrange for his visit so that he can come and see the ground reality."
Rahul Gandhi immediately tweeted and expressed his invitation to visit the valley with an all-party delegation.
The sluggish economy and the loss of jobs in different sectors remain a matter of concern throughout the country.

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the three petitions challenging the law making triple talaq a punishable offense in India. Also, the Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Central Government in this regard.
The petition has challenged the constitutional validity of the Muslim Women (Protection of Marriage Rights) Act, which was passed in Parliament only last month.
Supreme Court Justice NV Ramanna has sent a notice to the Government of India.
Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, one of the petitioners, has said that under this law, triple talaq was made a non-bailable offense so that Muslim men could be jailed for three years while leaving wife in the same India is not a crime is believed.
The organization said that the provision of three years' imprisonment under this law is' inconsistent and excessive '.
The bill on triple talaq was passed in the Rajya Sabha last month despite heavy opposition from the opposition.
The Modi government in its last tenure tried to make a law to declare triple talaq illegal.
But the matter went to court and after hearing the views of different parties, the Supreme Court on 22 August 2017 declared the triple talaq illegal and ordered the Center to make a law.
The government then brought a bill on triple talaq which was passed by the Lok Sabha in December 2017.
But the bill could not be passed from the Rajya Sabha the following year, after which the government declared ordinance three divorces invalid in September 2018.
It was opposed but the Modi government, which came back to power with a thumping majority, got the bill passed by the Lok Sabha on 25 July 2019 and the government was successful in getting the bill passed by the Rajya Sabha on 30 July five days later.
However, the Congress, Samajwadi Party, DMK and Rashtriya Janata Dal accused the bill as 'biased, unconstitutional and unilateral', alleging that 'the Modi government has passed it through juggling of numbers'.
Former Reserve Bank of India Governor Raghuram Rajan has said that the ongoing slowdown in the economy is very worrying and the government will have to solve the problems of the energy sector and non-banking financial sectors immediately.
He said that new reforms would have to be introduced to increase investment in the private sector.
In an interview to news agency PTI, Raghuram Rajan said that the way GDP has been calculated in India needs to be rethought.
He also referred to the statement of Arvind Subramaniam, the former economic advisor of the Modi government, in which he had spoken about the exaggeration of GDP and presented his estimate.
The growth rate in the year 2018-19 was 6.8 percent, which is the lowest after 2014-15. Many private experts and the Central Bank estimate that this year also the growth rate will be less than the government estimate of 7 percent.
News agency PTI quoted officials as saying that 190 government primary schools have been opened in Srinagar, Kashmir, India on Monday.
BBC correspondent Riyaz Masroor, present in Srinagar, said that on Saturday, the government had said that all schools would be opened from Monday to eighth grade but after stonewalling incidents in many places on Sunday evening, only schools up to fifth grade were ordered.
Schools were opened in areas where the situation was considered normal and restrictions have been lifted more or less.
Riaz said that school buses did not appear on the streets in Srinagar today morning and when he spoke to the families of the students, he said that children up to the fifth grade are less than 10 years old for which contact with the school and bus driver It is important to be so that they have not sent the children to school.
At the same time, BBC correspondent Aamir Peerzada in Srinagar visited well-known schools in Srinagar.
He told, "We went to the well-known schools in Srinagar. Where earlier we were not allowed to go in. After talking to the Security Guard, we entered inside the school, where we talked to the teachers there. The teachers say that the teacher So we have reached school but the children have not come. "
The teachers told Aamir that two or three children had come, when they saw that no one had come, they too went back home.
After this Aamir also went to another school, where the security guard said, "The children have not reached the school yet. The school buses had gone to bring the children but they returned empty."
The news agency PTI has also told that the teachers arrived in the classrooms but the number of students there was very less.
At the same time, another news agency ANI has reported that high schools, higher secondary schools and all degree colleges are still closed in the valley but all schools are open in Jammu.
According to BBC correspondent Riyaz Masroor, stone pelting incidents occurred in most areas of Srinagar on Sunday in which tear gas shells were also released.
He said that the administration has also said that policemen were also injured in some violent incidents but they were given first aid and discharged from the hospital, apart from this, the administration said that there was no encounter in North Kashmir in the last 15 days and neither Raid incident has taken place.
Riyaz said that people from southern Kashmir have told him that the administration is conducting daily raids to arrest the people and stone pelters who are inciting violence, they are arrested or called to police stations so that no demonstrations can be held.
The BBC correspondent told that Monday's day is considered very important because today is the beginning of a new week and the government spokesperson will give his statement on the efforts being made for peace.
"Government's efforts are to make the situation normal and in view of this, schools have been opened today. Today the government spokesperson will tell how many schools were open and how normal the situation could be."
"The administration wants school buses to be seen on the streets. As far as the business enthusiasts are concerned, they are completely closed. No shops and markets are opening anywhere. Also commercial and public transport are closed."
