However, another video of the soldier Tej Bahadur Yadav, who complained about poor food in the army, has surfaced. In this video, Tej Bahadur is threatening to PM Modi if he does not take action against the accused, he will take up arms.
In the video, Tej Bahadur said, "I have had to face people in very compulsion. You all know that I had completely disfigurement corruption. The government and the Prime Minister himself saw the video and the Home Minister ordered the inquiry. But these people (the army) did not have any kind of investigation. All of them are traitors. I warn these miscreants that I am giving you one month's time, that in one month i.e. till August 25, no action has been taken and if it does not cooperate, then this Tej Bahadur will go to betrayal.
Tej Bahadur also warned PM Modi, "Modi ji, you have 56 inch chest and I challenge you to 57-inch chest Tej Bahadur if there is no investigation in one month and do not take proper action. So I am ready to take up arms. It will be the government responsible for it."
Tej Bahadur further said in the video that "I am being harassed in every way. Before every lawyer was saying that he would fight my case, but where are those people today? I appeal to every soldier with whom injustice is done, that on 25th August he also took up arms with me."
This video has been added to the micro-blogging site Twitter on July 25. Many people have re-twit the video, including Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam.
Mumbai Police arrested Shiv Sena leader Sunil Sitap on Wednesday. Sitap was arrested in the case of non-intentional murder after the incident of collapse of a four-storey residential building in Ghatkopar area of Mumbai.
In the event of collapse of the building, five more dead bodies were recovered from debris and 17 people were killed. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has ordered an inquiry into the matter.
According to the information, this building is named on Sitap and locals alleged that the work of renovation was being done in the nursing home located in the ground floor of the building, because of which the building has fallen.
The police joint commissioner (law and order) said that in the initial investigation, it has been found that illegal renovations were being done in the building. The matter is under investigation.
According to the news agency ANI, a local man said, "The renovation work was being done in the building. Shivsena leader's nursing home is on the ground floor of the building. Its name is Sietap Nursing Home. Local people had also met on Monday to stop the ongoing work in it."
According to eyewitnesses, the building collapsed suddenly at around 10.43 in the morning, and in between the dust clutches he heard the voices of shouting and shouting for help. The Mumbai Fire Department, BMC Rescue Team, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) reached the spot along with 14 fireworks, rescue vehicles, ambulances, JCB and metal cutters.
This building was included in the list of dangerous buildings of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and it was issued a notice to vacate it six months earlier. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has ordered an inquiry into the matter and asked the Corporation Commissioner Ajay Mehta to submit the report within 15 days.
In the NDA, BJP's ally Shiv Sena has attacked the Center's Modi government once again. Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray said on Tuesday that the country should take into account its defense preparedness before inciting China.

After taking the oath of office, Ramnath Kovind said in his speech, "Our independence was the result of thousands of freedom fighters' efforts under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi. Later, Sardar Patel unified our country. The Chief Shilpee of our Constitution, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar communicated human dignity and democratic values in all of us."
In his speech, the President further said, "We have to build a strong economy, a well-educated, ethical and shared community, a society with equal values and equal opportunity. A society that was conceived by Mahatma Gandhi and Deen Dayal Upadhyay ji. It is also important for our human values. It will be India of our dreams. An India that will ensure equal opportunity to all. Such is India, 21st Century India."
Apart from this, Kovind remembered his predecessors at the beginning of his speech, "I have a full understanding of the fact that I am Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and my predecessor Pranab Mukherjee, whom we affectionately called Pranab da, I am going to follow the footsteps of such figures."
Kovind said clearly to Deen Dayal Upadhyay's unity of humanism, "It is also important for our human values. It will be India of our dreams. Such will be India's 21st Century India."
India's 13th President, Pranab Mukherjee, addressed the nation for the last time on Monday (July 24th) evening. In his farewell speech, the President reminded the values of democracy and also gave the basis for the foundation of a better future.
The President said, "I express gratitude towards the people of India who believed so much to me. I have got back more than I have given to this country. I will always be indebted to the people of India."

How successful I was to fulfill my responsibilities, its decision will take time, from history glasses. In the past fifty years of public life, my holy book has been a constitution. The Parliament of India has been my temple and it is my passion to serve the people.
In his farewell speech, the President explained the need for debate in democracy and asked to stay away from violence. He said, "India's soul resides in pluralism and tolerance. Over the centuries, our society has become versatile with the exchange of ideas. Such diversity in culture, belief and language makes India special. We get our strength from tolerance, it has been a part of our collective consciousness for centuries. There can be different opinions in public life, we can argue, we can agree, we can disagree, but we can not ignore the presence of different opinions. Otherwise an original character of our thinking will disappear somewhere. We have to free public life from any kind of violence, physical or sexual intercourse. Only a non-violent society can ensure the participation of all sections in the democratic process."
Mukherjee said, "Our universities should not be the only place to beat the rattles but there is a combination of the best minds. We have to raise the poor from the poor and ensure that the benefits of our policies reach the last person. Elimination of poverty will result in prosperity.
Mukherjee said at the end of the speech, "During our five years in the Rashtrapati Bhavan, we tried to make a human and prosperous nation. Tomorrow, when I will talk to you, like a citizen, it is like a pilgrimage that is taking India to the summit."
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has strongly opposed any third party mediation to resolve the Kashmir issue. Mehbooba Mufti has said that if the US starts interfering with the Kashmir issue then it will be the same condition of the valley which is of Syria and Afghanistan.

The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) in its report on the implementation of flood control and management schemes of the Ministry of Water Resources said that Emergency Disaster Action Plan is ready for only 349 dams out of 4,862 big dams built in India.
"The emergency action plan or disaster management plan is ready for only 349 dams out of the 4,862 large dams in the country, which means that only seven percent of major dams will be completed by March, 2016," the CAG report said in the Parliament on Friday said. Emergency Action Plan is ready for this. Mock drill was done on one dam only by March 2016.
The CAG has also disclosed that only 17 states or Union Territories selected for audit, only Himachal Pradesh and Tamil Nadu investigated the dams before monsoon and after the monsoon, whereas only three states have partially examined.
CAG report on the protection of the dams has been said that in 2010 itself the initiative to bring the safety of the protection law, but no work has been done till August 2016.
According to the report of the CAG, the program has not been prepared for the repair of the dams and adequate funds have not been provided for structural / repair works.
The CAG report says, "We found that some major flaws and incompletenances were found during the security review by the Expert Committee in five major dams, of which two belonged to Bihar, two from Uttar Pradesh and one in West Bengal, but therapeutic steps were not taken due to non-availability of funds.''
India is a threat to flood, where 456.4 lakh hectares of the geographical area of 32.9 crore hectares are in the danger zone of flood.
The CAG has said that on an average 75.5 lakh hectares of area is affected by floods, on an average, 1,560 people die due to floods every year and due to the destruction of crops, damaged houses and loss of public facilities, average loss of 1,805 crore of rupees.
In Odisha, a case has been registered for allegedly giving Rs 500-500 to the media persons for covering a program of Union minister Nitin Gadkari.

The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) has lashed the railway for delay in handing over the process, work to the electrification and the completion of it. CAG has said that in order to reduce time in the process of tender, the Railways did not adopt the e-tendering system.
In its report submitted to Parliament on Friday, the CAG has said that it has audited 14 completed projects, 15 ongoing projects and seven new projects for detailed investigation. In its report, CAG said, "Whether or not to electrify a section of the railway, the purpose of saving time is not being fulfilled because the process of proposals and brief estimates are being delayed. For the 24 projects it has been estimated to take 59 months.
The central auditor said, "There is more than 40 percent variation in projects compared to Karepalli-Bhadrachalam, Shakurbasti-Rohtak, Jhansi-Kanpur, Barauni-Katihar-Guwahati and Gunatkal-Kallur."
CAG also mentioned in its report that after incorporating electrification projects in the annual work program, the Railway Board delayed the handing over the projects of electrification to the agencies.
According to the CAG, "In the context of 17 projects of Central Organization for Railway Electricity, 337 days and six projects of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited were delayed of 202 days."
According to the report, "The process of taking 3,177 days to issue tenders for the 27 projects submitted to the Central Organization for Railway Electricity, while the process of taking 915 days to issue 12 tenders for seven projects submitted to the Rail Vikas Nigam Limited."
The CAG said that it is evident from the fact that the process of tender was carried forward without giving any consideration to complete the project on time.
