Three Indian soldiers have died in a violent clash between Indo-China troops in the Galvan Valley of Ladakh. These include an army officer.
The Indian Army has said that there were casualties on both sides. The army has not given any number but military sources have claimed that three Chinese soldiers have been killed. The incident took place on Monday night. Stones have been used from both sides. This is the first time since 1975 that a soldier has been killed on the Indo-China border.
For the last one and a half months, there has been a conflict between troops of India and China in Ladakh. A large number of Chinese soldiers arrived here, objecting to the construction of the road from India. Negotiations were going on in both countries. There were reports of withdrawal of troops from both countries and it was believed that this tension would soon be over.
According to news agency ANI, there was a violent clash between Indian and Chinese soldiers in the Galvan Valley of Ladakh on Monday night. In this, an officer and two soldiers of the Indian Army were killed. Army high officials of both countries are engaged in handling the situation by negotiating on the spot.
Officials said Indian Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Narwane on Tuesday canceled the proposed visit to Pathankot. People associated with this case said that a colonel is also included in the martyred soldiers of India.
Violent clashes between Indian and Chinese troops took place in Pangong Tso area on May 5, following which both sides were face to face and the deadlock persisted. This was becoming the largest military standoff after the Doklam incident of 2017. The high-level talks so far on the ongoing tension between the two countries were held on 6 June.
India has now reached number four in the world in terms of corona infection. America, Brazil and Russia are only ahead of India.
Meanwhile, on 16 and 17 June, the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi is going to meet again with the Chief Ministers of the states.
Unlock-1 has been implemented differently across India from 1 June. In Unlock-1, religious sites, restaurants and malls were allowed to open.
This is the first meeting between the Prime Minister and the Chief Ministers to assess the situation thereafter.
This meeting is considered to be very important in the growing cases of corona in India and the statistics of increasing deaths everyday.
Especially when the central government of India has formed a team of 12 experts for Delhi.
The biggest question is whether what you gained from the lockdown was lost in Unlock-1?
As of May 31, there were a total of 1,82,000 cases of corona in India.
While on June 15, there are 3,32,000 cases. That means a little less than double.
Unlock-1 has had the worst impact in Delhi and Mumbai.
On May 31, where there were 18549 cases in Delhi, on 15 June this figure is more than 41 thousand.
Maharashtra had 65159 cases on 31 May, which has increased to 1 lakh 8 thousand on 15 June.
The above facts prove that the speed of growth of Corona in India has increased after Unlock-1.
The first case of corona in India was found on 30 January. When Modi announced the lockdown on March 24, there were only 550 positive cases in India.
Therefore, with the speed with which cases are increasing daily, people are growing worried.
The same is true of death statistics. The number of people who died of corona till June 15 in India is 9520, which was 5164 in India till May 31, i.e. not many people died in India in three months, almost as many people died in the first 15 days of June.
Talking about Delhi, till May 31, the death toll was 416, which has now increased to 1327. That is, almost three times.
As of 31 May, there were 2197 deaths in Maharashtra. Which is 3950 as of 15 June. That is, the death toll has almost doubled.
But one good thing for India is that India is not among the top five countries in the world in death statistics. The five countries where Corona has the highest number of deaths are the United States, Brazil, Britain, Italy and France.
On May 31, about 1 lakh 25 thousand people were tested in India. While on 14 June, a total of 1 lakh 15 thousand corona tests were conducted in India.
By the way, these statistics definitely change every day. But it is not that in the last 15 days there has been a huge increase in the number of corona tests. Even today only one and a quarter to one and a half lakh people are being tested in India.
In Delhi, these numbers have decreased slightly in the last few days. The Delhi government took action on some testing labs in the early week of June. Because of which the Tests started falling short.
More than 2000 cases of corona are being reported daily in Delhi for the last three days. The state of Maharashtra is no different.
As of May 31, there were 37 lakh 37 thousand Tests in India. At the same time, 57 lakh 74 thousand tests have been done in India till 14 June. There are about 20 lakh tests done in 15 days.
By the end of May, the recovery rate in India was said to be 47.76%. The recovery rate for corona-infected patients is 51 percent. In Unlock-1, the government is seeing this as a positive sign.
But these are lower than the national average in Delhi and Mumbai. The recovery rate in Delhi at this time is around 38%, and Mumbai's recovery rate is over 45%.
But globally, India is not at the forefront of the recovery rate. Germany's recovery rate is around 90%, the best in the world.
Iran and Italy are next. The recovery rate in these two countries is above 70. The recovery rate in India at the moment is comparable to Russia where the recovery rate is around 50%.
India's well-known doctor Mohsin Wali believes that on the basis of these statistics, it is being said that the country has ruined everything they achieved by lockdown.
According to him, the statistics are showing that people took advantage of the unlocked discounts and forgot to do social distancing, wearing masks and washing hands.
The movement of migrant workers increased the corona virus infection. Asked whether the migrant laborers went from one place to another in May, Dr. Wali says that its effect is visible on the country's corona graph only in June.
But Doctor Vali still does not believe that unlock-1 should be removed and lockdown again. According to him, if you want to live with the corona, then sitting at home is not the solution. We have to continue all the work but taking precaution.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has also said that there is no plan to lockdown in Delhi again.
The people of the traders association of Delhi are also saying the same thing. The traders of Delhi decided that the Delhi markets would be open at present.
The decision to keep the markets closed, open or in the markets for odd-even arrangement or to open the shop one day after the other day, the traders associations of Delhi will take the decision by assessing the situation themselves.
Recently, despite the permission to open all the religious places of India, Jama Masjid in Delhi has been closed till June 30.
The eyes are now set on the meeting of the Prime Minister and Chief Ministers of India on 16-17 June. In view of the growing corona graph of India, what decision does the Prime Minister of India make?

Change of power will be possible only with the formation of a complete opposition with all the small and big voices rising against the power.
All groups, institutions, political parties and non-political organizations, which disagree with the policies of the ruling party, collectively call it opposition.
When the policies of the government seem to revolve around jumle betting, rhetoric and drama, instead of focusing on public concern, all the voices against the government are called the opposition.
This means that all the small voices against the power will undoubtedly be called opposition.
Chief Minister of Bihar is Nitish Kumar, whose government partners are BJP and LJP. That is, the JD (U), BJP and LJP joint governments are the ruling party and all the other opposition.
Political parties that have disagreed with the policies of the Bihar government include: RJD, Congress, RLSP, Hindustani Awam Morcha, Vikasshil Insaan Party, Bharatiya Sab Log Party, Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Liberation, Jan Adhikar Party ( Democratic), Communist Party of India (Marxist), MIM and BSP.
At the same time, a large number of social and non-political organizations are also raising voices of protest by hurting the policies of the government.
Apart from this, a dozen political parties will also be called opposition, which does not exist much but the said party is headed by former MLA or former MP.
Many young people have formed their own political party after seeing the neglect of the youth in political parties and they are blaming the question of ignoring the youth against the government. Such people will also be called opposition.
But despite such a large number of opposition and resentment against the power, the opposition seems weak.
The reason for this is that the opposition does not want to become a complete opposition by mixing all the small and big voices that raise against the government for one purpose.
The main opposition party RJD and Congress want to take each other along, but the RLSP and Hindustani Awam Morcha consider it better to stay away from them on the question of leadership or to keep aside. The statements of the RLSP and the Hindustani Awam Morcha misdirect the relationship between the unity and the opposition.
The Jan Adhikar Party (Loktantrik) is an emerging party that is constantly asserting its presence against the power, but periodically distances itself from the opposition camp by questioning the working style of the main opposition parties. Left parties like the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) and the Communist Party of India (Marxist), which have little influence in a particular area of Bihar, are also worried about the sign of not getting proper participation in the opposition camp.
At the same time, the newly formed Bharatiya Sab Log Party by the former MP and former minister is showing the government's position on the issue of public concern by hurting the working style of the head of the present power, while he is adamant on the new option for the path of Ekla Chalo. But they can also have great utility in solidarity of the opposition.
On the other hand, the minority society is feeling cheated in the opposition unity and participation of political parties based on caste, fraternity and religion.
This group is also seeking its proper participation by joining its political parties in the opposition camp. Parties associated with the name of minority society in Bihar include MIM, Janata Dal Nationalist, Bharatiya Insan Party, Peace Party, INL, who are constantly criticizing the current government's anti-people policies.
In these, the situation of MIM is better, but the party which has been able to vote in the bulk of the minority society by showing fear of power (BJP), is not in favor of giving them participation by taking the support of religion, which has led to the separation of the minority class this time. A large part is being said to be angry with opposition parties seeking unity.
Along with this, the campaigners and supporters of the socialist-Ambedkarite ideology are also in the anti-incumbency camp with the intention of changing the alternative system.
There are also some people who have a good footprint in their community and especially the younger generation, and they are either jailed or are looking for a way of opposition unity and alternative system because of politics. Not only this, political parties named after the big political warriors of the country and the state are also part of the opposition. Who call the names of JP, Lohia, Chandrashekhar, Chaudhary Charan Singh, Ambedkar, Karpoori, George Fernandes, Lok Bandhu Raj Narayan, Ram Krishna Hegde and Deve Gowda as the founders of their party.
The BSP also has its own status. The BSP has influence in almost all the areas and has been consistently registering its presence against the power. At the same time, organizations like Bhim Army are also moving ahead in Bihar and expressing disagreement with the policies of the government.
In such a situation, all the people, groups, parties and organizations that are more or less strongly opposing the issue of power policies, working style, failures, neglect of public concern, corruption will be collectively called the opposition which is constantly trying to overthrow power. We are struggling for it whether it affects them or not.
It is very important to give all these voices against the power to form a complete opposition to change the power and present new options with a new resolve.
After seeing the situation of the migrant laborers of Bihar, many writers, litterateurs, farmer leaders and those responsible on the land for social consciousness believe that by communicating with all the above opposing voices and with the intention of everyone, cooperation and consensus Without taking the initiative to build a complete opposition on the basis of, anti-people policies of power equipped with resources can not be got rid of.
The present situation is that the alliance of two or three parties on the basis of manipulation and multiplication of the caste equation is hurting the thinking of the entire opposition and by disintegrating all the bugs which are blown against the power, like the third option. A crisis is being created that will give life to the ruling party again, due to which the failure of all opposition parties and good destiny is certain to be questioned. Due to which the loss in the upcoming assembly elections is certain.
In such a situation, to play the role of JP, an elderly leader is needed who can break free from the desire for power and create a complete opposition in which the framework of an alternative system is set by giving everyone a fair chance and participation.
If the entire opposition conveys with the expectations of the entire society and the model of all-round development of Bihar, then the change of power is certain, otherwise the entire opposition will not be shut down on the basis of the caste equation, its own duffle, its own raga, the path to the ruling party Would be like giving.
In the context of the entire opposition, it is necessary to state that all parties can be given a fair chance even without giving electoral participation. That is, parties, groups or organizations are not able to contest elections. Meaning that everyone who lacks money and workers can be fulfilled by making everyone a partner in government corporations, and the matter of fair opportunity. The condition is that everyone should have the change of power and present the public welfare option with unity of the entire opposition.

Rating agency Moody's has dropped India's rating. Rating means credit rating which can also be called credit in easy language.
What is meant by someone's credibility in the market is exactly the same as the country's rating in the international market. This means that it will be difficult to get loan and the pressure to return will be increased for those who have already taken loan. Moody's is the third major rating agency in the world to have downgraded India. Two other agencies Fitch and Standard and Poor had already dropped this rating.
Moody's rating drop means that bonds issued by the Indian government to raise debt in foreign markets or domestic markets will now be considered less reliable. This rating has reached the lowest level in the last twenty two years. Earlier in 1998, the rating was dropped, and it reached the same level. When the US imposed economic sanctions on India after India's nuclear tests.
The price is so low that Moody's has dropped the rating to Baa3, which can be called the lowest rung of the investment grade. This means that long-term bonds issued by the Government of India will still be considered worth investing, just as the risk is increased.
Even in November last year, there was a fear that Moody's might drop the rating, but then it retained the rating a notch above that at Baa2. However, at that time he changed his perspective on India. That is, he was expecting a problem. He changed his outlook on India to negative from stable.
Then the analysts said that there is not much worry because the economy will pick up and Moody's mood will also improve rather than deteriorate. But now this expectation is proving to be far-fetched. And the matter of concern is that even after dropping the rating, Moody's has kept its outlook negative. This simply means that he is afraid of worsening the situation from here.
It is also important to take a look at the reasons that Moody's has cited for dropping ratings. According to him, the work of implementing economic reforms in the country since 2017 has been very slow. For a long time, the pace of growth in economic growth ie GDP growth is looking weak. The condition of the treasury of the governments is deteriorating, the condition of both the central and state governments. And there is increasing stress or tension in India's financial sector. Stress here means the risk of debt not being returned or imposed or returned.
And the outlook worsening means that the agency is seeing a number of threats linked together in India's economy and financial structure, due to which the Government of India's financial situation may be weakened even more than what the agency is currently anticipating.
And the most dangerous or worrisome thing is that the economic crisis arising out of Corona is not at all the reason for this downgrade of Moody's. He says that this epidemic has only magnified the dangers which were already flourishing in the Indian economy. Seeing these dangers, Moody's changed its outlook last year.
It should be remembered here that two years before that in November 2017, Moody's had raised India's credit rating. At that time, he hoped that some important economic reforms would be implemented in India, which would gradually strengthen the economic condition of the country. But now he complains that since that time the pace of reforms has also been slow and whatever has happened does not show much effect.
Now it is important to understand what is the harm of falling rating and its effect? This is also added when deciding ratings.
The Government of India and the State Governments borrow from many international agencies. Moody's says that even before the Corona crisis, the debt of governments was seventy-two percent of the country's GDP, and now in the changed situation i.e. after the Corona crisis, when governments are needing more money for expenditure, it is estimated that This burden can increase to 84% of GDP.
You should calculate your budget. When you go to take a loan from a bank for a house or a car, the bank officer says that the EMI of all your debts should not exceed forty percent of your earnings in total. If you want to take more loan than this, then you get a private bank or an NBFC who gives you a loan at a higher rate than the market rate. There are also some private financiers who give personal loans to the people of trouble, who charge interest from three to four times and the takers get stuck in bigger trouble than before.
Similarly, when a country issues a bond or wants to borrow directly after a rating falls, it has to pay a higher interest because it is considered a risky task to lend it. As the credit rating of the country falls, the maximum rating of all the companies of the country becomes the same. According to any rating agency, the rating of any private or government company cannot be above the sovereign rating of that country. That is, it becomes difficult and expensive for private companies to raise debt. Those whose bonds or debentures are already in the market, their prices fall and the pressure on them to return the money increases.
Now where India's rating has reached, it is at the bottom of the investment grade. That is, international financial institutions can invest in it right now. But if this rating falls below this, many of the big financial institutions around the world will be forced to immediately withdraw the money of the government of India or the bonds of Indian companies, or at a paltry price. Sell in the market. This is because it is clear to these fund managers that they will not invest in any instrument below the investment grade.
After this some funds are invested, but they are just like money lenders. In this situation, countries get trapped in debt. That is why it is a matter of great concern to drop this rating.
However, there is another aspect of the coin. At this time, if the government started curbing spending in the concern of rating, then it will be very difficult to get the economy back on track. That means a well on one side and a ditch on the other side. But many experts are giving the opinion that the government should leave the worry of ratings for some time and revive the economy with full vigor and once the economy runs, it will not take much time to improve the rating.
Moody's also predicts that India's economy will show a strong boom next year after a fall of nearly four per cent in this financial year. Still, he is afraid that there will be trouble for many years ahead, that is why his outlook is weak. Now if the government does something that the picture is reversed, then this attitude will change automatically.
Seeing the opportunity to learn a lot in life is also available to the elder people. I will talk about two photographs in this article. The first picture is from the last year when the mother of Bhupesh Baghel, the current Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, died.
His mother's condolence meeting was held at Bhilai 3, home of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, where I had arrived from Delhi to attend. Former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi also came with his family members. My relations are with both the families.
I saw the two leaders there respecting each other immensely. I observed Jogi very closely while talking to the Chief Minister in a very emotional way regarding his mother. I was sitting very close to the Chief Minister. Seeing the affection, immense respect and reverence of each other for both the leaders, it was our Indian culture and civilization.
The leaders of various parties, activists and media personnel present there were watching the attitude of both the leaders by staring. Since both have been considered opposite of each other in the politics of Chhattisgarh, but Jogi and Bhupesh's respect for each other, feeling, style and dialogue gave a new direction to the current Indian politics.
Three days ago (29 May 2020) former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi died. The entire Chhattisgarh came to a standstill. I got the information about Jogi's death but due to the lockdown it was not possible to go from Delhi to Raipur.
Meanwhile, I saw a picture of the tribute paid to Jogi by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on social media. Looking at the said picture and the facial expressions of the Chief Minister, it seemed that big people are very big. Bhupesh spoke very passionately while paying tribute to Jogi. His words were a saga of unbreakable relationships and trust.
The words uttered by Bhupesh Baghel were heart touching. I read the words of Bhupesh issued by the Chief Minister's Office several times in tribute to Jogi. One by one words were reflecting each other's relationship and attachment.
I have presented both these things specifically so that the new generation takes inspiration and understands the subsistence of relationships in politics.
There can be disagreement with any party, leader and ideology in politics. Sometimes there is a distance by staying in the same party and sometimes there are different paths, different parties and different views, yet personal relationships remain intact.
I had seen my mentor, ideal and leader, former Prime Minister of India, Chandrashekhar doing so many times, he was known only for the continuance of relationships.
Today the level of politics is falling. In such a situation, the leaders, activists, supporters of all parties should prioritize the maintenance of personal relationships despite political disagreements.
I gave the example of Bhupesh Baghel and Ajit Jogi so that our younger generation can imbibe the working style of these two leaders.

The Supreme Court in India on Wednesday asked the central government why private hospitals that have been given free land cannot treat Corona virus patients free or for a nominal fee.
The court has sought a response from the central government within a week and said that hospitals which can treat patients for free or for a nominal fee should be identified.
The Supreme Court was hearing the petition of a person named Sachin Jain. This petition demanded that guidelines for treatment for Covid-19 patients be given free or at a very nominal price.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde heard this and demanded a detailed report from the Solicitor General Tushar Mehta within a week.
The Supreme Court asked the central government, "When private hospitals can be given land for free, why can't they treat Covid-19 patients free of cost? If they have been given land for free or at a very nominal price, then those charitable hospitals should treat them free. ''
Hearing on the case of migrant workers tomorrow
At the same time, yesterday the Supreme Court took cognizance of the situation of the migrant laborers trapped in the country and directed the Central and State Governments to make proper arrangements for them.
The Supreme Court had told the central and state governments that there were loopholes in the steps taken by them.
The matter related to migrant workers will be heard tomorrow.
Professor Ashish Jha of Harvard University has said that three vaccines have given good results against a corona virus infection in a trial, one of which will be ready by early next year.
Professor Ashish Jha has claimed this in a video conference with Congress party leader Rahul Gandhi.
Professor Ashish said, "The initial results of the vaccine trials in the United States, China and Britain are good. It is to be expected that by the beginning of next year, one of these vaccines will prove effective in the prevention of Covid-19. India should prepare a plan for how they should get this vaccine for their people.''
Professor Ashish is the director of Harvard Global Health Institute and has done a lot of work on public health.
When Rahul Gandhi asked Professor Ashish whether the BCG vaccine was helpful? And can the corona virus go dormant in high heat? So he replied, "BCG vaccine can be helpful." There are some indications of this, but based on these, nothing can be said in a concrete way. Regarding heat, it is not yet seen that heat has had any effect on this virus. But it has been observed that the risk of infection in open space is less than in closed space.''
Professor Ashish said that it is possible to stop Covid-19 only by increasing the number of tests, the faster the infected people are detected, the sooner efforts will be made to stop it.
However, Rahul Gandhi told him that some senior officials have told him that doing more tests means scaring people with the disease.
Rahul Gandhi said, "When I asked some senior officials why the testing numbers are low?" So he argued that if we do more tests, people will be more afraid. People will be scared. But he says this unofficially.''
For the past few days, Rahul Gandhi has been discussing video calls with respected people from different fields. Recently, he had discussed the Covid-19 crisis with former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan and the Nobel Prize winner Abhijeet Banerjee.
