There is bad news for 250 million mobile users in India. India's telecom company Airtel, Vodafone and Idea have planned to shut down the mobile connections of those spending less than a certain limit every month. The companies have fixed the limit of minimum recharge limit of Rs 35 per month. That is, the connections of nearly 250 million 2G mobile users who spend less will be discontinued.
Airtel has the highest number of users who spend less than Rs 35 per month, about 100 million. While Idea and Vodafone have 150 million users. Earlier, the companies have also started several such schemes which are available at Rs 35.
There are many people in India who use Dual Sim Mobile and keep more than two SIMs. In this way, most people recharge their mobile numbers at least. Therefore, this news is about to shock the people who have more than one SIM.
The aim of the company is to increase the income of the company. Apart from this, companies have tried to switch to 2G users in 4G and use a smartphone which is quite expensive for users.
