America sent 11 lakh pills seized from Iran to Ukraine
America has handed over about 11 lakh pills seized from Iran to Ukraine in the year 2022.
The US Central Command (CENTCOM), which monitors operations in the Middle East, said that these bullets were seized from a ship bound for Yemen in December 2022. Western countries had warned Ukraine that their ammunition reserves were depleting.
Centcom said that these pills seized from Iran were given to Ukraine.
On December 9, 2022, America had seized these pills from a ship named Marwan 1. There was no flag of any country on that ship. The US government acquired the ownership of this ship through a process in July 2022.
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard was accused in this case. Iran has long been accused of supplying weapons to Yemen's Houthi rebels.
Meanwhile, there have been reports of Iran supplying weapons, especially drones, to Russia.
