Aamir Khan Joined the Award Function 16 Years Later

Bollywood superstar Amir Khan joined the award function 16 years later. Also the award took its name.

Actually, Aamir was awarded the 75th Dinanath Mangeshkar Award for his superhit film 'Dangal'.

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat honored Aamir with the special award of 'Dinanath Mangeshkar Award'.

Tell that the awards are given to eminent people of different fields and Aamir has been given this honour for 'Dangal' his biggest hit of year 2016.

After getting the award, Aamir said, "Wherever I am today the credit goes to the writers of all my films. I am here because of the excellent work done by directors and writers. I thank all those people. "

Nitesh Tiwari, who was present at the function, also thanked the audience for making the film a huge hit.

Kapil Dev was also honoured for his contribution in Indian Cricket. Vyjayanthimala Bali was awarded the 'Master Dinanath Special Award' for her achievements in Indian cinema.
    
The celebrated singer Lata Mangeshkar also attended the celebration organized by Master Dinanath Smriti Pratishthan and Hridesh Arts.
